01 — Rates
Shipping Rates
Complimentary Shipping
$0
Complimentary shipping is provided on all qualifying Style* orders.
Flat-Rate Shipping
$50
A flat $50 shipping fee applies to all orders that do not qualify as a Style* order.
*What qualifies as a Style?
For shipping purposes, a Style* is defined as any order containing at least one wig unit OR two or more non-wig units. Once an order meets either qualification, complimentary shipping applies to the entire order.

Orders require approximately 3–7 business days for processing before shipment. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Items within the same order may be fulfilled and shipped separately. As a result, your order may arrive in multiple deliveries. Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment where applicable.

Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Shipping transit times begin after processing is complete and the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Raw Roux is not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit or following confirmed delivery. Customers should contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
03 — Global
International Shipments
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees assessed by the destination country. These charges are not included in Raw Roux shipping fees and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
